How long does account setup take?

Backup accounts are deployed instantly upon receipt of payment, and passing fraud checks.


Can accounts be upgraded and downgraded?

Accounts can be upgraded or downgraded at any time. For ease of billing, the upgrade/downgrade will take place at the begining of the next billing cycle.


Can I host a website on my account?

No. This is a backup service and can only be used for backing up legal data, in conformance with our Terms of Service. You are not allowed to host websites, utilize email, etc.


What happens when I reach my disk space or bandwidth limits?

Reaching your disk space limit will result in you being unable to upload any further data to the server. Exceeding your bandwidth limit will result in account suspension until the next billing cycle. Bandwidth can be reset for a one-time $10 fee.


Can I use FTP and RSYNC to backup my data?

Yes! You are given FTP and SSH access with every backup account.
